• Scroll Speed: Your preferred scrolling speed (30-250 pixels per second)
• Default Direction: Your preferred scroll direction (up or down)
• Active State: Whether scrolling is currently active (for UI state)
• Theme: Your preferred theme (light or dark)

This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. You can clear this data at any time by:

• Using the "Reset to Defaults" button in the settings page
• Clearing your browser's extension storage

Third-Party Services

ScrollPlay does not use any third-party services. The extension uses only system fonts provided by your operating system, ensuring complete privacy and no external network requests.

Permissions Explanation

ScrollPlay requires the following permissions:

• activeTab: Allows the extension to inject scrolling functionality into the currently active tab
• storage: Allows the extension to save your scroll speed preference locally
• scripting: Allows the extension to inject the scrolling script into web pages
• contextMenus: Allows the extension to add items to the right-click context menu

Children's Privacy

ScrollPlay does not knowingly collect information from children. Our extension is intended for general use and does not require user registration or any personal information.
